Reasoning: You can access any IP over port 80 and 443. 80 is HTTP, 443 is HTTPS. So, set up a proxy somewhere at 443 and use a SOCKS proxy over HTTPS. It's encrypted, cannot be blocked, looks like SSL, and can access anything from the end-point. Saying you are blocked and cannot evade it just proves you know way too little about technology for a developer :-)

@Michael You can defend it all you want, but the only reason that ever really existed to use Opera was their rendering engine for it was convenient, fast, resource friendly and felt really snappy. Switching to WebKit/Blink just made it yet-another-browser nobody cares about.

@SteveG at a company I used to work for, all of our traffic was routed from TN to NYC where our primary data center was. everything went through that pipe, and they wanted to stop everyone from streaming for that reason. it was bad design, but the reasoning was sound enough
