I'll get it unfrozen shortly. I don't think it's really appropriate to put it down for sloshy, though, so we'll probably have to do it each year
You can do it yourself if you're an RO. Raise a flag on one of your own posts for moderator attention (don't flag for offensive or anything because that will go system-wide)

@12944qwerty Room Owner. But you can raise a mod flag without it, it seems, since I'm not an RO there
You can see a list of ROs on a room on the info tab. That's what italicised names in chat and gives the ability to move messages or kick people etc.
