Anyone have an idea what this is? I try to run a .ipynb file in a new environment where I installed jupyter notebook through Anaconda Navigator then it's giving me this error
Although I can open some other jupyter notebook with the same environment
I used to have it on my base conda environment which still works when I open it from there

oh, that is probably why the issue arises. Maybe try upgrading entire environment or python setup, if you can

Tried updating my base environment but then most packages were constraints by the anaconda version. But doing conda update anaconda does not work
Had to do conda uninstall anaconda then conda update --all then conda install anaconda to get it working real odd. Last time I updated was last year for the base environment
Yeah but this one is in the more updated environment but I always ran jupyter notebook from the base so I got to organize things better I guess but i'm still trying to fix this so i'll check the dll errors

they make many syscalls (print)......I think it works as user script -> library -> kernel -> hardware... is there a way to use it as script -> kernel -> hardware?
I compared same function(write to sysout).... and tracked syscalls using strace ... it indicates assembly<C++<python (syscalls)

@Janith You can invoke a syscall by accessing the corresponding C function (e.g. via ctypes) but that will still have a layer of Python around it – simply because, well, you are using Python. If you don't want to have Python in your program, your best bet is not to use Python.

I'm trying to find whether a row in a dataframe is present in another dataframe (all columns of the df1 row must be exactly the same as the df2 row). I've been stuck for a while and the closest I can come up with is something like df1.isin(df2) but it is not the correct solution for my case.

It's my primary language now, yes. I still wouldn't say I'm a real coder. I am coding an application currently, but it's far from being functional enough to show it off.

@BožoStojković no, I have no experience before that other than some MATLAB in my degree. But I've had to build tech stacks myself so I can span from databases to front-end in general conversation. I'll still get blown out of the water on specific things

I have a project where I need to train a neural network based on tree-data. In this tree, each node has a value and a class. The class of each node is dependent upon its value or the values of its children (it has either children or a value; not both). I would like to provide a series of labeled trees, with values and classes, as training data. I would then like the neural network to classify a tree without any classes available, classifying each node based on either its value or its children.
