hey guys, I was looking at some SO answers that show you how to render latex in matplotlib graphs. Is there anyway I can just render free-standing latex equations and display them using matplotlib

Hi, if I have a Pandas DataFrame with many columns, including "SUMLEV", "REGION", "COUNTY", "STNAME" etc., and I want to provide in one of my questions sample data, with only "SUMLEV" and "COUNTY" columns (in order to simplify the sample data), how do I write it?

First I tried to convert the DataFrame into sample data:

census_df.head(5).to_dict()

which worked, but it was very long.

Second, I tried to print a DataFrame with only "SUMLEV" and "COUNTY", BY WRITING this command, which produced an error (invalid syntax):
The command:

census_df.from_dict(data)

shows all the dataframe, but I want only "SUMLEV" and "COUNTY" to be shown.

haha, nah i personally only get to dabble in python here and there, no bigtime projects for me

That's a shame, python is the best language to program in. I usually have to use php and JavaScript for work, but for my personal projects I've never had more fun then coding in python.
