cargo build --timings is interesting. And async-std takes so long...

@DenysSéguret One great compilation time boost I discovered with cargo build --timings was to replace reqwest with ureq.

When it's just a low priority CLI tool that doesn't need many features, a simpler HTTP client library is a good bet.
