I found out that in crates.io 59496 dep requirement that use comparative operator on a total of 3996028 dep requirement that ~1.51%

I think I find a good compromise with what npm do and my solutions

that I'm sure will make most people agree with the proposition it's change way less thing and agree to what npm mostly currently do
