The problem is that there is way too power abuse. I mean, why can someone have his opinion and call troll where I can't make a joke. Ok give me the chat guidelines even the unnoficial one so I understand them and I'll act upon them

I haven't followed all chat messages as - like all of you - I have a job etc. But basically chat works this way: if the regulars in a room are fine with something it's usually ok. If yes are not and tell you to stop, you stop.
And based on the complaint I got: following someone in all his rooms to ping him is on the edge of harrassment
