Can I use adb to push a file from my computer into an application's home folder on the phone?

I tried clean & build, closing projects and opening, even restarted eclipse, but no use. I have set the javadoc path for google-play-services.jar in Referenced Libraries in google-play-servies_lib project (the library project). But I can't seem to get javadoc in the main project for that jar.
