a proper scenario can be you upload 1000 contact data for a specific guid. server replies with Ok status

server processes the 1000 contacts and if any error comes - sets a error for that guid. or if success comes - set a diff flag

you hit a different end point after polling like 10-15 sec timer for the same guid you received and in that server will reply the task status
