Technically, no. But we often give mods deference in helping out, especially when some room regulars did help close it.

Also, there's a difference between raising a discussion and posting a request

I understand that. However, the situation is one where you would really be better off choosing to not interact with her at all.

@Makyen I don't inted to dig in the mud here or further discuss, just that: sometimes it's best to just ignore a post. I do my best to swallow a lot of expressed ignorance by certain cucumbers or even "wannabe experts" in my tags, too. I was told to just ignore them and disengage by someone. Maybe that's good advice here, too. Just ignore posts. To me it was not directed to a specific person, so ignoring was easy.

We can't control what the mods do. You interact with CMs on a regular basis in the Tavern. If you feel something was inappropriate, take it up with them. ROs are not able to do anything about it

@Catija I made a statement about this rooms FAQ, intentionally not interacting with a particular user. Your mail was crystal clear.

You responded to her message, even if you didn't reply to her. Let someone else do it in the future.

@Catija I decided to ignore all messages from the to be unspoken one now, not to get tempted again stating something unwanted. But there was certainly no blink of disrespect, stalking or anything like that.

@Rob Ok. After I read some posts, I already assumed it was errorneous, unless I also aggravated a mod in a way I wasn't aware of. I just find the situation sad - not choosing a side. But it seems positions are cemented now and a moderated serious talk won't help anymore. I leave here, no one can win that.
