I added this to Global.asax and issue resolved

@Ranger well I can't there is a bundle which is working on whole of the project so can't alter that, my pages are using some extra js but they had included the bundle in a place pretty down and I had put those scripts on my page. Now I want Jquery to be available above but doing so will create 2 jqueries which is wrong and provide mess

for the first one you might try NeedDataSource Event
and bind the source there
