Is raising an NAA flag on answers to spam OK? (I guess it will be marked helpful when it is deleted along with the parent question, so that's a free flag for those who collect/count such.)

Yes NAA on something that's not an answer is always acceptable regardless of where it's located. Though I'd say the NAA is absolutely unnecessary there as it is going to be handled by deletion in conjunction with the question being removed.

My recent "declined" knocked me back down to 99.76% (from 99.77). I'm still looking to get to 99.8%, so I can get Sam's "Green Flag".

Not really. But I do like to have 'targets' ... and Sam set the t/hold for the Green Flagger Flag to 99.80%, so I have a vague interest in that. But I don't go chasing flags just for that. Lately, most of the flags I raise are from reviews; I do sometimes pop into SOBotics, where I can easily clock up 20 or 30 NAAs in a few hours.

That's reasonable. I can certainly appreciate having a target to aim for. 99.80% is a bit high IMO, but it's not a terrible incentive I guess.

Yeah. I agree that it's a very high ratio. My concern is that, being set so high, it may deter people from flagging posts because they 'fear' they may get declined. Which really isn't the point of flags. Generally, if I think a post is worthy of a flag (be it NAA or a custom flag), then I will flag it. The fact that, of late, I have only a very few declined suggests that I am doing things (mostly) correctly.

Yes, I get it. I was making a joke. But to be clear - I agree it's a problem. Mods should be able to take a look on what the community handled. At the very least, they might be able to spot a pattern (e.g., same user) that the community wouldn't have (because the community handled several individual comments).

Ostensibly an F5 is something everyone tries, and such questions get closed/deleted fairly quickly. Wrong specificity would make sense if it was one style rather than an entire stylesheet in this case. Wrong file also would get closed as a dupe or typo summarily, most likely

The issue here is on the Django side, not the CSS side; it has requirements that need to be met for static files to work (and caveats to be aware of like overwriting conflicts)

Is there a bug in the question editor? Quite often I see something like this when two images are added, that the second [enter image description here] destroys the first link. here is another very similar example.

And I have seen this many times, all very similar.

Either bugged or bad UX.

Maybe something with drag-and-drop? < 10-rep users can't embed an image so images get dropped as links, then when they drop the second image, they drop it in the middle of the text of the first link -- which would not have been possible if the image was embedded?

And of course such questions tend to be sloppy anyway so the querent never fixes the problem.

Well, this wouldn't be simply NAA, so we wouldn't decline it for that reason. If you custom-flag blatant spam that needs immediate nuking we might decline that. For mere undisclosed affiliation, custom flags are good because they're not so urgent.
