Yes but oh boy does it need editing.

Three easy steps: remove everything but the allcaps 2. remove the multiple exclamations 3. convert allcaps to regular sentence case. It becomes a rather short answer but still better than before.

@SurajRao I think revision 2 is the correct correct. There is small discussion in the comments where somebody asks for a MCVE and OP apparently edited revion 1 into 2 in response.

@SunderamDubey a weird situation today - SO is as weird today as it is every day. Some users maintain two or more accounts and (ab)use them to repost questions when they don't get their answers fast enough.

@SunderamDubey If you post a bare link to a question, the chat system will "onebox" it into a fairly large box with all sorts of detail. We're minimalist in here (due to the volume) so we ask you to turn it into a markdown link or add some non-link text before to prevent it

To simplify things, I went ahead and converted it for you and binned the extra lines

@SunderamDubey to answer your question, yes, it should be marked as duplicate. As it was already. You can flag it as such. When you reach 3k you can cast a close vote.

The only obstacle is when such alternate accounts repost a question that has no accepted or upvoted answer. Regular users can't mark the duplicate. They could only if the OP were the same. In that case, you can raise a moderator flag. Explaining that it's an exact duplicate from different accounts, with a link to the oldest question. The mods will handle it

dunno if the link is predictable, but if the user has enough rep to chat, you can create a room and invite them

not entirely the same thing, as the generated room will have a copy of the comments so far etc

@Cristik Not unless you know what the next room ID will be. That action creates the chat room, which in turn gives it a room ID (i.e. this room is 41570). Figuring that number out would not be easy

It could be. I looked at his latest comments, tho, and the bulk of them are on a question that doesn't have but maybe a dozen comments. Not enough to trigger (I want to say users get that around 20)

ok, so this is the post I was referring to - stackoverflow.com/a/72680819/1974224. At this moment there are 9 comments and still the UI didn't offer the chat link. On other posts I've seen that link (albeit created by the other party), at 7 comments.

This question is asking for inputs that will make the code fail. OP knows it fails because the code doesn't pass some online tests (but OP can't see the inputs that it fails on). That doesn't seem like a question that would be useful to anyone else. Should it be closed, and if yes, is there a standard reason that would be applicable?

I think the question is focused enough, so that reason doesn't seem right. It's also non-working code, so Code Review/Code Golf wouldn't be a good fit. (Not that I would recommend another site in a close reason, but that's besides the point). I thought I'd seen an MSO post about this, but can't seem to find it now.

Maybe it could be edited into an algorithm question. That way the code can just be edited out, and it becomes a "how to solve this algorithm problem" question. There's a nice answer that answers that aspect, afaict.

If the question is off-topic, it doesn't really matter what the OP wants. e.g. Changing a recommendation request into a how-to question, even if the OP just really wants a recommendation. Of course, if the question is on-topic as is, then the OP's intent has to be preserved.

@Machavity not sure I understand you here. The question is not "seeking recommendations for books etc". The question asks where the source code of the Wikipedia templates is stored, where it can be accessed if you want to have a look at it. Have a look at the answers, which are not "recommendations".

@cheesus I would ask that on Meta. Where to access Wikipedia templates does not seem like a programming question to me. If the community disagrees, we can reverse it.

@tink for ones where you catch it earlier and it's clear enough that a mod is willing to unilaterally close, a custom close flag can result in it being closed. However, we're usually disinclined to refund a bounty if it's been up for a few days, so in this case we'd probably just let it run. Also the custom flag queue is long at the moment, so it might not get spotted quickly ^^;

Well..."queue" isn't quite right, since we can pick and choose from the pile. but it's five pages at the moment, so we might not catch everything easy while picking and choosing.
