@desertnaut You should raise the flag. At the end of last month @Dharman had 2 revenge downvotes reversed when the CMs got together to clear their queue. In some cases the votes are obvious enough.
Another SOCVR regular had +36 rep reversal (18 revenge downvotes) reversed.

If it's just two from one person, you should expect the flag to be declined
if it's a pattern of votes totally more than 2 votes, then you're more likely to get it reversed
I suspect the +4 vote reversal that might've been a side effect of other actions: for instance, maybe someone's sockpuppet that they used (perhaps in addition to boosting their own rep) to cast revenge votes had all its votes removed

I've flagged a post as "Needs debugging details", but after an edit to the post, I realized it was a duplicate. Now I've just put a manual comment on the post, and the author has said that it's a correct duplicate. But they can't accept it, since it's not there as an option for them. If someone else flags it as a duplicate, will they be able to accept it? Or will Stack get confused?

Pandas is somewhat special, as there are many variations of questions under a specific topic for example pivoting, merging, and filtering. There are canonicals under all these topics and, like my question, are similarly structured with organised sub-topics and examples to cover most bases
They were mostly written by tag power users to address the issue of incessant duplicates, much like the regex one rene cited

@cs95 There are concerns here, both in the up to four downvotes which the question may have received in close proximity to the cv-pls and the up to three upvotes which the question and your answer on the question received (1 of 3 is may have received) in close proximity to you posting the message to which I'm replying. In general, users are strongly encouraged to "vote conscientiously" on posts which they encounter from requests here.
IMO, both the downvotes and upvotes probably indicate people are voting for things other than content, and/or may be a bit too free with up-/down-votes on things they see here. It is, however, inherently difficult for that to be effectively controlled. In addition, there are arguments that as long as that such voting is done by each person independently evaluating the content, that the votes are just the consequence of more people who are focused on moderation seeing the post(s).
Overall this is a tough issue for which we don't have a direct, easy solution.
@Makyen My saying "may have received" with respect to the voting is a result of the reputation tab bundling up similar votes on the same post into a single entry which displays the time of the latest vote. As a result, it's not possible to know when the earlier votes were placed, even though we can guess that they were probably in a similar time-frame.

I wonder if there's a percentage to be revealed. It seems there are 80,284 users with 3K or more, unless I'm reading the page wrong.
3 close voters can close 50 posts a day, in the most optimal of settings, right? So 1500 closed post is like having (1500/50)*3 = 90 extra voters doing their max in an optimal setting.
I think I need to redo basic math.. I'll be back when I have a diploma :(

83 - I'm surprised I'm that high. Currently, I'm spending 25-30 close votes in the First Posts reviews (I'm higher up on that list); maybe in a few weeks, I'll dedicate more time/votes to getting up the CV ladder (as seems appropriate for a regular in this room).

@Scratte This doesn't take into account that a significant percentage of questions in the CV queue already have at least one close-vote. Given that the questions are being selected for being "simpler" close decisions, it's likely that the number of close-votes on them are on the higher side. But, for ease of calculation, let's assume that there's exactly one existing CV on each question.
So, that's 60 extra close-voters (90* 2/3). But, we also need to treat that person as a close-voter themselves, so that's 59 extra close-voters (that day) using all of their close-votes.

@Scratte You were talking about "extra voters", which implies what's being considered are the votes which would have been needed to be cast from the point where the person saw the question (i.e. in the CV review queue), not from the point where the question hadn't yet entered the queue.

But.. in most cases users don't vote for the same posts. Unless I post requests here, a lot of my reviews never get any more close votes than the one from Triage (by someone else than me). So instead of saying that 90 close voters can actually close 1500 posts in a day, I think they can really close way less. Only half of the posts I come across in Triage gets closed (unless I post them here). So in reality, the math cannot be applied.

@Scratte Our room rule is we don't moderate users. That doesn't mean there aren't times when that isn't needed, it's just not we do. There have been occasions were mods have asked for our help looking at a user, and we do to help them out, but only because we have their blessing.

@Faraz Well, there are other dots, but these don't separate the extension from the basename, you'll need something else to distinguish these others. The last dot is the File extension separator, period (no pun intended).

@Faraz From wikipedia Period or Dot: Allowed, but the last occurrence will be interpreted to be the extension separator in VMS, DOS, and Windows. (Bolding mine.) So @πάνταῥεῖ was right all along. :-)
FWIW, I have code where I need to find the position of that dot in a filename; generally, I call the variable that holds that position dotpos.
