@user2853437 While I understand your desire to have your question reopened, the rules for this room are that requests are not permitted about posts in which you are involved. You can find our rules in our FAQ. The specific rule is #15, which defines being involved to include questions which you have authored.
Note: I'm working with you elsewhere (this other chatroom and on your question) to improve your question. I think that it's getting quite close to where it needs to be in order to be reopened.
However, I haven't yet checked for potential duplicates. I know there are a variety of questions involving the interface to use for what you are wanting to do, but I have not checked to see if there's something covering your use case (which is a bit different from a general case).
@CodyGray :-) It's not unreasonable for Python to be suggested. Quite a bit of web scraping is done in Python. Obviously, it's entirely possible to do it in other languages. Ironically, I actually wrote a web scraping language a few years ago. :-;
Yep. It's possible in most languages. Which language to use, and which packages/libraries/frameworks to use, really depends on what you're familiar with and the capabilities you need.
@NathanOliver I honestly do not get titles like that. Error message is clear: there's a negative integer somewhere where it shouldn't be. At least people should change the wording to "Why do I get this?" :(
@Adriaan This one is a little more complex. There is no negative number in the OP's file. Instead they have given a string to a number, and that's the error they get. Still not an excuse, but it is a bad error message.
@NathanOliver ah, ok. In MATLAB We have a similar error (non-[positive integers] as indices), which reads about the same, and is debugged rather easily usually. At least to verify which index is not a positive integer
@treyBake Keep in mind that moderators see things that are flagged in isolation, and are not necessarily subject matter experts in any particular tech, nor is it part of their job as a moderator to evaluate technical accuracy. If you are going to flag, I wouldn't use anything other than a custom flag which explains why you're flagging, unless the comment also happens to obviously fall into one of the other flag categories.
@Makyen didn't know that, that actually clears up a lot of past confusion with some rejected flags - will stick to custom and try my best to describe fully/clearly
@treyBake Unless you are flagging the comments randomly I would argue that we should flag something we think is not meant to be there and let mods decide. It's a risky approach, but most of the time mods care very little about comments, which do not help to clarify the question in any way. If you think that the flag needs explaining then use custom mod flag.

The only thing that confused me about the blog post was that he mentioned "hundreds of moderators". And since the post is about SO, that number is a bit off.
Normally I'd think "oh that just means users with enough rep to have moderation privs", but he covered that in an earlier part
@TylerH That's the only thing I could think of, which was weird because post about SO. But I guess in the age of lawyerspeak and boilerplate wording pandering to some theoretical market audience, the existence of error is a good thing?
