keeping in mind all medical research says drinking is absolutely terrible for brain development of minors

but I can't see our deadly and dangerous stygma about alcohol going away as a nation until we let younger people drink without fear of legal repercussions

at the very least we need way more stringent driver license practical exams and also mandated drivers ed courses

Somewhere last year/beginning of this year there was a very angry teacher posting answers in boldface etc complaining that we shouldn't answer these questions, as they were part of a proprietary private-course and these were exam questions they'd been using for some time.

@Rizier123 When someone comes here to ask their first homework question varies. Honestly, poor questions more often come from people who need this site to do their job than from students, and that's a year-round problem. Covering up of evidence that they cheated is seasonal, and students only seem to realize this (or want to act on it) at the ends of terms. It's pretty noticeable in flag trends.

@LynnCrumbling I had looked at it briefly, but wasn't entirely sure how to act on it, so it's sat there for a bit. As context, the user responsible had been contacted by a moderator about promotion of their products at around the time they left those, they edited in disclosure and apologized, and behaved well before and after. Do you still believe those answers should be deleted? Some of them have received upvotes in the interim, and do seem to at least partially address the questions asked.

@BradLarson I'm concerned that other users might cite those answers as examples, saying "why were they allowed to do it?" If another spam answer gets added, it would be hard to defend why those other answers were still allowed to remain, but that new spam answer was marked as spam.

@BradLarson Last point: while a few of their spammy answers do in fact answer the question, this one and this one do not address sandcastle at all.

more then embrace null, embrace the fact that your application can have exceptions, hence better to handle them and give useful information, then to block or just exit or do strange behavior... nullpointer is just another exception..
