Guys, what's the right way of closing too stupid questions like stackoverflow.com/questions/38978211/… (or the one which simply means OP knows absolutely nothing about the language)?

If the only thing wrong with a question is that it's "too stupid", maybe it shouldn't be closed.

so what would you do here ? Explain how a function is called ?

@TylerH I don't think so. It is constrained to the API so that limits the answers. I feel if the resource request part is removed it is an okay question.

Yeah I agree with Sotirios it is unclear (why StringTokenizer ecc), too broad how much java do we need to explain ecc..

make a better question if you like us to explain something particular...

if you removed the code, then the question would be sound

but it's a pretty bad question
