From 9290 review items I have in DB, 466 are audits, which means there's a 466/9290 * 100% ≈ 5% chance to get an audit in a review queue.

sounds about right. It also depends on how may times you fail. I think if you have no recent failures you only get an audit 1 out of 40 reviews

We will be upgrading the SQL Server instance for the Stack Exchange Data Explorer from version 2014 to the latest 2016 RC3 release tonight starting at midnight UTC (8:00PM Eastern). The upgrade should only take 15-30 minutes, during which SEDE will be offline. For updates during the upgrade, follow @StackStatus on Twitter.

@JanDvorak I checked, downvotes do invalidate audits. A question has to have exactly 0 downvotes and at least 5 upvotes to qualify as "should be left open" audit, and exactly 0 upvotes and at least 2 downvotes to qualify as "should be closed" audit.

@MartinJames I don't know exactly how it works. Since I was scraping a lot of reviews at once, maybe the audit system run out of audits in other languages and therefore I got JavaScript audits. So maybe when actually reviewing, there's a smaller chance to get a JavaScript audit.

With regards to this: I found a way. Recent reviewers are streamed through WebSockets and displayed on the /review page, so I just connect to the WebSockets server, get recent reviewers, scrape a list of recent reviews by that user from their profile, and scrape again these review items to check if they are now completed.

I think I'm going to make some kind of web interface to display the list of current reviews, but the problem is that I don't have any server where I could put this script.
