(SO is not only doing debugging).... which makes it much more complex (so you need to check scope (to broad), unclear (exactly what OP is asking expecting in answer is clear?) and not an off-site resource request?

Actually what happened was that I needed their email for resetting PW on some online service of a program I was debugging and I remembered the email password

and yes, accessing other people's personal data without written permission is illegal in germany
