Hello everyone. I've got a question here where the OP did improve the question but did not do it in one shot. The 1st edit, inadequate, put the question in the reopen queue but the review task ended with the question remaining closed (can't blame the reviewers). I prompted the OP to add to the question, which the OP did, making the question worthy of reopening but the queue cannot be help any longer. Reopen votes would be appreciated. Here's the link:

@Magisch Thanks for the heads up. I've been of chat for a while. I've put in a lot of cv-pls requests in the past. Very rarely have I asked in chat to reopen something.

@Magisch oh right. I eneded up answering it, but weird that the OP accepted but didn't award me the bounty. We can close it now, I'll start a cv-pls for it
@PetterFriberg Of the maybe 6 or 7 questions I asked here there were probably 700-800 ones I would have asked but decided to use the search bar instead and found what I wanted quicker
@Magisch Well remember that when you search for simple question on google it is nice to find an answer somewhere (and if on SO better for SO)
The problem with running after rep is not simple question, it is that the question has no sense (just home work, incomplete, ecc), to broad, unclear, people answer with just code.. and its gets not usuful for anyone... then its even worse if its also a duplicate
Saying this "Taking part of text with javascript" is surely a duplicate of something more then to broad... according to my modest opinion.
And would need and edit to become better if not...
@PetterFriberg Edit to become better is a voluntary service, one im not willing to perform for most questions nowadays. I just close and move on. If the OP cares, they can edit it to become good and then it will be reopened.
To tell the truth I normally edit after accepted (but this is beacuse I'm in a low traffic tag)... so now time to go and edit the question "Zebra stripping in jasperreports using groups not rows"
Hmm, another weird flagging thing. So I flagged this answer as NAA (It's not quite a link only answer, but that's not what I want to discuss), saw it go through the LQP review queue here, and with only one review it was declined by a mod: "declined - a moderator reviewed your flag, but found no evidence to support it." Anyone have any idea what happened?
Guys, @gunr2171, and others. Not showing up as a "repwhore" but I actually explained and solved the issue for this person. Now is it okay to ask the OP to accept the answer, and tell that it is a good thing about SO is to accept answer as he has not accepted any of his answers before, other than one?
@PraveenKumar Go through the question history. If they never accepted an answer maybe they don't know that feature. You could redirect the user to the "How does accepting an answer works" page. Otherwise, don't.
@Tunaki Yes, but not the point. Wouldn't the review queue show that others reviewed it as "Looks good" and then decline the flag? Why was my flag declined with one review that recommended deletion?
@JAL After some amount of time NAA's enter the mod flag queue. more than likely the mod declined while it was still in the LQPRQ which kicks it out of the queue.
@PraveenKumar I think this depends on how it asked since accepted answer really helps (to close) and many times OP does not really know you can... My check list (1. check if OP ever have accepted an answer, 2 Comment under question, not your own answer. "If you solved your problem consider to accept and answer (green check next to answer) or post your own"

If OP said it worked and haven't accepted the answer, it's clear that OP doesn't know/remember accepting. So I think for those cases, that's reasonable.
@Lafexlos OP maybe just doesn't want to accept for fear that it will make other potentials answerers look away (since it was accepted, why bother, some think like that).
@Lafexlos Maybe they did not except it because it does not work well enough or how they would like it to work. I have seen that. You give them one way of doing it but they are holding out for a better/different way.
I just spent 42 close votes on cv-pls requests that were made in the past 14 hours. There are lots of other requests waiting. So, if you don't have it yet, get the Recent Unclosed Request Review script, and see if we can clear that heap.
In fact... I've been meaning to move the Magic Editor as well, but haven't figured out how to maintain the "fork" relationship from the original, nor how to retain our history.
