Honestly halve the 10K plus rep holders in the Java tag probably hate me because I am pretty aggressive at closing un researched questions that have "spiritual dupes" if the person just put a min effort into reading the dupe.

@Rob Close. Double-spaced text should be separate sentences, but it's missing that. It was getting them, until I finally got multi-line sentences in lists to be found.

Alternatively it's just broken for certain browsers and unrelated to the scripts

That will mean that ALL list items will be capitalized, unless they start with words that we don't touch (camelCase, filenames, etc.)

@TinyGiant Well, the way the currently published script works, the capitalization of an li depends on the punctuation on the previous one. I've found that many users are inconsistent with that punctuation. Also, all numbered lists were getting capitalized because of the period after the number. So, I figured across-the-board consistency was a step up.

Well, someone having answered a few questions doesn't imply that they have taken the tour, know what is on-topic and off or even how to ask a good question or what a good question is.
