@MsYvette As far as I'm concerned, if you're using it to provide a canonical post directly related to the current discussion in the room, one-boxing is ok, as long as it isn't a whole bunch of times in a day. If you're sharing a post for any other reason, don't one-box. That may differ for other ROs positions on the subject. If best judgement doesn't prove to be a good measure, then one-boxes will just be disallowed entirely.

I'm not enforcing anything, just trying to help you familiarize yourself with the rules so you don't run afoul of them, which you certainly will if you overuse oneboxes.
