Kabouter Plop (Plop the gnome) is the eponymous protagonist in a children's television series by Studio 100. The television series is directed by Bart Van Leemputten. if the close problem changes, but it's still off topic, I vote to keep closed, I agree with the meta post ^^ it just creates a bunch of unnecessary work to open, to reclose for a different reason and often multiple reasons will be correct anyway (technically)

@NathanOliver No, unless we have pointed to a wrong dupe, we're not going to do the re-open close to get the banner fixed. It needs the actual error message btw and might be a better fit on Linux &Unix if they are open for build issues. But maybe @Braiam can advice us on that
