I don't see any relevant difference between the two questions. They're both a logical b comparison x. The explanation is the same and the solution is the same - a new answer would be redundant.

The canonical question has a bunch of or with if x or y or z == 0 :. What if a new question had if x and y and z == 0 :? Would that not be a dup?

The canonical suggests if x == 1 or y == 1 or z == 1: while the dup would need if (a in x and b in x) or (c in x and d in x), simply getting the grouping and order of operations correct.
