@Undo I'm not a Laravel expert either, but that doesn't look like a real dupe to me.
In fact, the questions look kind of complementary: one is asking about how to install Laravel in a subfolder, the other about how to move it out of a subfolder.
@Mogsdad It got turned down unfortunately. The reasoning is that without the bounty, we wouldn't be talking about closing the question in the first place.
@Am_I_Helpful Those both look (marginally) on-topic to me. Both are kind of low quality, and they'd probably be more on-topic at CS.SE anyway (and one appears to have been cross-posted there already), but technically they're on-topic at SO too.
@Am_I_Helpful Honestly... that doesn't look like a "good question" to me, on-topic or not. It desperately needs copyediting, it might be too broad, and, after a couple of Google searches, I'm not sure that "maximality of a language" is even a thing. (There is, apparently, such a thing as a maximal prefix code, but I don't think that's what the asker means; or if it is, it's really garbled.)
I try to take the time to comment when the OP is really completely out of their depth, precisely because the close message implies that reposting the same content may be acceptable, which in most cases isn't true
maybe the close message should be massaged to better reflect the actual truth

It's a tricky spam bot by the look of it. At first I though it was just very low quality, but since they posted the same link to other SE sites, I believe it is spam.
@KevinGuan yes, well, one one-box per day is sort of the rule, to be interpreted as keep the number of one-boxes as low as possible and preferable don't one-box at all (cc @tripleee)
@KevinGuan we basically don't want the transcript to be filled with images and one-boxes to questions to be closed. An occasional one-box is ok but some of use had the tendency to one-box freaking everything which makes the point of one-boxing a question kind of pointless
@KevinGuan One-boxing earlier chatmessage is OK-ish but keep it to a minimum, that is all.

That is what I've mentioned in the answer. It is not the property of data-structure. Check my answer again, that edited NOTE might clarify some issue. @Tunaki That other user Sergio/whatever is just wasting my time, without any reason. I don't see from where did he get the context in my answer that I was talking about Random-Access data structure!!!
Really, sometimes it's just terrible to argue, unless there is an exact context available. It seems to me that OP hasn't provided enough context whether he is talking about access mechanisms OR about data-structure or their properties.

But in general, since you can't duplicate questions without answers, how to deal with those? I reckon they are usually off-topic/too broad anyway, otherwise they would've had an answer
@Adriaan So, if they are exact homework dumps they might be too broad but I don't have the knowledge to flag them as so. Best thing one can do is observe them and flag/vtc as dupe as soon as there is an answer
By the way @Am_I_Helpful, a "sequential list" usually refers to a list that can only be accessed sequentially. For example a linked list where you only know what the next item is so to traverse to a particular element you must go from item to item.
array elements are by design random access. If you choose to access them 1,2,3 you are still accessing them randomly. I think you fail to see the concept

@DavidG the proper way to do it, is, as you suggest in the Q, is to have the guy show the schema, and run both of his queries thru show plan or explain. Barring that, bunch of peeps chasing their tails
