@PetterFriberg I tried to find the dup without success. It is Too Broad because OP is not sure about any single tool kit. He tagged python and in question body, he mentioned two toolkits. The sentence "or any tiff to DICOM converter" is border line for library request. Reading tag values from text file needs to be addressed (how to read text file? in what format the data is stored in text file?) to answer the question properly. So, yes... it looks broad.

Yeah. I wasn't expecting it to get rid of everything, there are too many low traffic tags where one person flags/votes and the Q languishes in the queue. Mostly what has happened, in my opinion, is that all of the high traffic tags are cleaned out.

Is there a graph of the Q over time?

@NathanOliver so your hypothesis is that the queue itself isn't much (more?) visited than before, but rather people voting to close in their own tags of residence get more bang for their sterling? That sounds logical. I for one have preferred encountering CV-worthy stuff in "the wild" to the queue. Encountering it in the wild feels worthwhile, doing queue work makes me feel like a janitor.

Yeah. I don't think it necessarily encouraged more people to jump into the queue, but it did allow the 3 people who care the actual ability to do some cleanup.

before today (or recently, at least), you could only flag as a duplicate by selecting "should be closed" -> "duplicate". Now you can start directly at "duplicate"

It must've been a rolling release or A/B test then because this is the first day I'm seeing it

I don't open the flag modal for questions every day but I do at least once a week if not more frequently

So we shouldn't be looking for more words / elaboration but produce a tweet like tl;dr;

One thing that could be done is move each section to it's own answer so we can make the list in the question a bunch of hyper links. That would help to get people to the section they need to read.

That said I don't see an issue with it as is. Being able to read a Q&A of that length should be something a hobbyist/professional developer should be able to do. Tutorials/Docs/Books and the like all require being able to read passages like that.

Most have actively refused to learn from their prior experiences here; commonly just caring about getting their problem solved, without regard to if what they've previously provided (multiple times) is answerable or even on-topic for the site.

AFAIK the i9-9900k still has a slight egde over ryzen in gaming

The 3700 and 3900 are pretty impressive though

how much RAM are you getting?

I have a Ryzen 3 and it's been fine for gaming at 1080p, though I will probably upgrade to a Ryzen 5 in the next year or two in order to future proof myself

If i go 9900K 32GB. If I go 9920X 64 since its quad channel.
