Does anyone here has access to a server with an on-premises licensed instance of Jira or Conflucence? I want to verify if some outgoing connections I see are legit and I exhausted all other options, like scanning logs, jars, configs, netstat / ss. The next thing would be tcpdump but I rather not do that on a production box.

As you know, all SE contributions are under CC BY-SA 3.0. Once posted, a contribution can't be made to be not available under that CC BY-SA 3.0. If a user wants to add an additional, alternate license, then they have the right to do so. If a user does, then the person using that contribution can freely choose under which license(s) they will use that contribution. Basically, any license a user declares it's released under is an optional alternative to, not a replacement of, CC BY-SA 3.0.
@Makyen this was what I was unsure of, in which case it seems to be pointless to try to add an additional licence when the mandatory licence already allows free usage with attribution, it doesn't look that harmful but it just looked odd to me to try and add an additional licence
@EdChum Some people choose to add a more permissive license (e.g. MIT). Adding a more restrictive license may, or may not have a point depending on the exact clauses. Some people argue that the CC BY-SA 3.0 license infects those things in which code is embedded. IMO, it does not, as those are "Collections", which don't require the entire work to be similarly licensed.
@JonClements I wrote the meta as a firebreak when it seemed like things were getting worse. Maybe it's OK now, if so, you or I can delete the warning:)
@Ron we are waiting some with meta since if security problem (which I doubt), we will first give'em time to fix it. I will let you know when I know something more. It seems related to most active accounts on chat (not how bots login to chat). Something in last chat deploy from SE went wrong and they have reverted it.

I like watching John Lakos's CppCon talks because his tone kind of bugs me, so I get to practice listening and understanding the POV of someone I tend to want to disagree with
If that doesn't have a good dupe (haven't looked), it's probably worth keeping around. Not like that stuff should happen to begin with, but the trial-and-error is reality. It would just come back.
@MartinJames Meh, don't get me wrong, I agree it's bad. But the de facto voting pattern of my old answer (I was young) has taught me that a lot of "typos" are not typos, but really lack of knowledge. And not some isolated lack, but common.
One prime example is https://stackoverflow.com/posts/31196480/timeline (remember, I was young, programming wise. XD) Really basic knowledge, Q was even downvoted and closed. Yet, gathered a ton of views and my silly answer consistent votes, even before I refactored that.
I guess the value of typo stuff is easily underestimated. Sadly so, but well..
@Jean-FrançoisFabre Q could still be improved by better MCVE, maybe even become canonical target as the answer is nice and succinct. Do you wanna expert that or should I try and noob it?
