@BrockAdams Your prior two cv-pls requests (excluding the most recent request) were about questions posted by the same user. Please be sure that you are not targeting a user.
One of those requests is to a question with a bounty. There's nothing we can do until the bounty period has been completed. I'm going to move that request.
While that one was updated (about 6 months ago) to add the "or for an edit which you have made", the rule about questions you've asked or answered has been in place for quite some time (as far back as the current GitHub repository goes).
@BrockAdams In addition, the question this other request was about was last active over a year ago. That's quite old for a cv-pls Is there activity on/about this Q which isn't obvious from the question page (mentioned somewhere, a rejected edit, proposed dup, etc.)? While there's no explicitly stated limit, cv-pls requests should, generally, be for questions for which the community benefits from them being closed quickly. Please see #11 in the FAQ.
@Makyen , I operate on low traffic tags. And many of the questions I cv-pls had old close votes that expired for lack of reviewer eyeballs. That used to be a valid use of cv-pls. The community benefits when a poor question is closed (and then perhaps Roomba'd) irregardless of its age.
@BrockAdams I agree that there's benefit to closing them. It being in a low traffic is one of the reason which we have for permitting a cv-pls and is something I should have taken into account when first looking at the request/question. Sorry about that.
Frankly, it's not clear to me how far back it's reasonable for us to go wrt. cv-pls requests for questions in low-traffic tags. Given that I also frequent them, I've generally assumed that it extends the time-frame, but does not make it such that the time-frame doesn't matter. What it extends it to, really isn't clear.
@Makyen No problem. I help out here in bursts with long gaps in between. So I appreciate reminders of local etiquette that I forgot or that may have changed.
@AndréKool I would redirect to Software recs for tool searches and maybe say something like If you be more precise about requirements and what you already tried to search for /why existing tools don't match your needs you can ask on Software Recommendations to find or suggest a tool. On SO tool recommendations are off-topic

@Yam that completely changed the question? Went from POB to No MCVE. Do we roll that back? (looks like a try to get around a Q ban, or a user who doesn't know that they should ask a new question in a separate post)

@Machavity do you refrain from editing if a question is closable, or just recommend against small edits if the user does not have full editing rights? Edits are also IMO to teach users how to post, and the improvements may re-emerge in a reopened Q anyway.
@halfer The problem with small edits on a closable question is that it doesn't address the reasons why we're closing it. Making the images inline still doesn't provide MCVE
I'll gladly approve any edit that helps a question stay open. But those are rare
@Machavity Oh yes, I agree with that. I just wonder which should take priority: close and leave in a poor state, or edit to moderately improve, close, with the hope that the OP will improve further? I'm talking in general of course, not this one in particular.
@Machavity Even for closed questions, the edits by OPs are mostly useless. They don't even add the most obvious information listed in the "How to Ask" links. I assume lack of reading competence.
@SurajRao That's the other kind of askers, who don't even edit their question, but whine in the comments. The one editing at least tries to get the question into shape. Of course most questions already stem from this lack (or atending their lessons, listening to the tutors, etc. in the first place.
@MichaelDodd I haven't seen the question you're referring to; a typo would be close-worthy, but that's purely a mistake in using the keyboard that wouldn't be reproduced if he did it the same way a second time
I know you probably meant typo, but I just wanted to clarify that point in case people read back and see someone in the room closing questions 'because they're simple' etc. yada yada

@AndyG Welcome to the neighbourhood:-) I stopped checking the tags or queues regularily again. Bad posts and "be nice" to the extreme are a bad combination for my blood pressure.
One thing I hate is that you can't share/export maps from Roll20, even to other campaigns
I get the concern - premium assets shouldn't be shared with people who don't pay, etc.
but it should be trivial to add a flag to a map that says 'premium content' and then you can't export those, unless it's to another premium account, and non-premium maps can be exported to any campaign
@JonClements I'm watching Shetland currently, a detective on, you guessed it, the Shetlands. I love that most of the series revolves around "I can't get a darn signal!" 'I know, run up the hill, it's usually better there.' I so want to visit it :p
How to combine flask, pandas, and request data with model this question, on the other hand, sounds amazing.

@Adriaan If the usernames are sufficiently unique, then you might be able to Google, with the site restricted to SO. Obviously, anything else you remember about the content would also be helpful. SO search won't be helpful as it is on a post-by-post basis, not a page-by-page (question-by-question) basis.

@Sam It's rare, but it happens from time to time. It reports to SOBotics first, but if the comment still needs rude/abusive flags, it posts here. There's also FOX 9000 (EditMonitor), but that is much more rare at this point, due to only two approvals/rejects being required for suggested edits.
@Sam Not sure. We'd have to ask @ProgramFOX (but they're not pingable here). The number of reports significantly dropped-off once suggested edits only required two approve/reject votes. Perhaps it does something similar to what Queen does and reports to SOBotics first, but usually the review only requires a single additional reviewer.
@NathanOliver I know it does, but how I managed to do that though... I hardly ever use ctrl. I might accidentally touch it when trying to hit shift, and for some reason clicking the scroll wheel in the same time to open a link (though why I would shift-click is beyond me)
