How did this comment get made by a 1 rep user (not suspended)? The only way I can think of is for the comment to have been converted from an answer by a moderator. But, if so, why not go ahead and close the question as duplicate (it's a very short (2 and 1 sentence) question, which is a quite clear duplicate, that doesn't require domain knowledge)?

It only will deliver spam flags not rude ones and it still serves the same purpose penalty wise and showing up on the user's account to mods

@PetterFriberg I was just reading about Björklöven on the Swedish Wikipedia and I noticed to my surprise that where on the English Wikipedia the tooltip is simply the page title of the target page, on the Swedish version you get a full hover-over thingy with an image and a few lines of text, presumably the intro of the target page. It's both cool, since you don't have to click further for just a short bit of info, and annoying that you get this large hover-over when scrolling along on the page.
