@PetterFriberg I'm not sure what's happening with that - it's been on the table for a year or more (loads on meta) about allowing silver badge holders more "close weight"

Ironically though - get enough questions that have list or dict or string or something and get a gold in those... then you're well on your way to having some massive hammers :)

What is also a tad weird: I can get a gold arrays badge through answering only matlab. Then I can however dupe-hammer as many Java-arrays, C++-arrays etc question as my heart pleases

You have more experience then me, but this debug stuff was the main reason I left java... 9/10 was debug my code... hence nothing really interesting in it.

@PetterFriberg there's also questions - while they're dupes - a debugger or simple print would help etc... there's people that are genuinely confused about some behaviour of the language etc...

hence as in example (rock..), first you need to debug and find while(); , then ask why it does not enter the loop

Don't forget though - that sometimes while an "expert" can identify the issue - you may not be able to formulate it into a good question because you just don't know where to start...
