@Drew as a room we are doing fine. What is failing is my communication strategy to make clear that I never set out on a journey to achieve anything, as in a strict goal or timeframe, only to make sure that people who do want to moderate find a place they can run to. So that is why your Campaigns room and SOCVFinder room gain traction as well. With focus and a single goal.

The RO team is not here to be the ultimate close voter, they are selected to create an atmosphere so everyone feels a bit at home, no matter how disappointed they are about our abilities to make a real difference. So you're free to voice your opinion but giving a grade to our RO's is pointless as we have no KPI's for them. And I don't fancy adding them seeing the dicussion.
