@SotiriosDelimanolis Something along the line that I was told in the following code that index = 2 is what will be printed. However I do not understand why that is. I assume it is beacuse of getArray()[index=2]++; but I do nut understand what that does.

@NathanOliver The body of the question makes it obvious what expression they don't understand. But it doesn't explain why they don't understand it, what parts they don't understand and why? The title is terrible and completely unrepresentative.
@undo a little bit. Mainly because it's going to be that much further away from 10k for me. But in a way this will incentivize me to actual get back to answering questions instead of sitting on dividends earned via Documentation.
I have no illusions that I'll probably be around 3k-4k again after the recalc.
"meta" is the place where we talk about stack overflow, so yes, if you want to try making a change to the site (we call it "main"), then meta is the place to go
@rene Removing tags from individual questions is a tedious process, at present. I wish it was simpler. The categories I monitor are full of questions that have too many (and incorrect) tags.
@PhilipOlson ah, I see. OK. We have discussed as a room earlier that we could do edit events where we focus on certain tags to improve posts by editing. Re-tagging could be part of that.
@rene Makes sense, but I mostly desire a change to the web interface. Simplest would be right-click on a tag, and select delete. So, anything approaching that simplicity would be appreciated.
@gunr2171 Java because it is offered in my uni as Android Development (Which I think is important) so I took it. And C# because I think it is some improvements over c++ (but c++ is better somewhere else for sure)
I like c#. But really it's very easy to pick up. Really the only thing you'll end up studying is specific frameworks within the language. Like LINQ, DataAnnontations, WPF etc.
You do want to pick some languages that do different things or do the same thing differently. All OOP or All functions is not a good thing. You need to build a tool box of languages and learn which tool(language) is right for the job.
I picked Java because Android is every where and extremely growing. C# because improvements over C++. Later python. I agree with @NathanOliver since this is my goal: To have some knowledge about "what is the best for what task"
Ah, thanks @gunr2171 -- guess my feature request will change to: Please move/merge the "Edit tags inline" privilege to the "Edit Questions And Answers" privilege.

@dorukayhan We have tools at our disposal to take care of questions that are off-topic, so I'm more inclined to use them, instead of asking the OP to take an action.
should this user be removed from smokey's blacklist? the post (s)he's blacklisted for looks like a honest effort to answer the question, which sort of asks for spammy-looking answers

Piggy-backing on this question, would folks be willing to undelete this question, apparently also caught up in the burnination? It has been closed as "unclear", which is plainly a misuse of the close system - it is not unclear at all. The user has used a backslash in a path in a PHP script, which has a specific and useful answer.
