Somebody said link-only (which we can probably agree it is) is VLQ. That way, if the answer is edited to include details of the link, the flag is automatically marked as helpful.

One asks for a library to do foo. It's a tool rec and should be closed. I come by and answer, "you can do that natively by using bar baz plop: bar baz plop example code". That is a good answer, the question should be closed nonetheless
