How come I got banned from flagging after having 3 flags declined? All the meta posts I read say that you get flag banned when you have 25% of your flags declined in the last 7 days, but apparently it counts only post flags, because I have many helpful comment flags raised in the last 7 days.

Also, one of the flags was a custom mod flag, declined with a reason "flags should not be used to indicate technical inaccuracies, or an altogether wrong answer". I then flagged the same post as NAA, and it got deleted by another moderator.

@Styvane I think they are asking if the update statement performs better due to the fact that the previous call was an find. They expect the answer to be Yes, documents are kept for 10 seconds in memory, so you better finish any work you do sooner. The real answer is probably You can rely on mongo that it performs whatever you ask it to do in the most efficient way, don't bother about its implementation details. Strictly speaking HTML is not part of the Javascript API. You must be confusing it with jQuery
