Hmm...actually, I saw lots of people like him, in Chinese form. Almost...50%? However, because there's no such mods in our form, so they can do anything. I can't believe why there's so many people like them on the Internet... I hate them. Also after I joined SO, what I saw is: Everyone are so nice. So what I did is: Quit all of the Chinese form. Really, I hate Chinese now.
