I wonder if it's worthwhile at the deploy step to copy the binaries to a fixed name, and upload two copies.

so instead of having http://metaeducation.s3.amazonaws.com/travis-builds/rebol-server/rebol-server-4f67094-debug.ap it would be http://metaeducation.s3.amazonaws.com/travis-builds/rebol-server/rebol-server.apk. Then we only need the one address to get the latest. But you can also download binaries by commit hash.
Or, https://dd498l1ilnrxu.cloudfront.net/travis-builds/rebol-server/rebol-server-4f67094-debug.apk goes to https://dd498l1ilnrxu.cloudfront.net/travis-builds/rebol-server/rebol-server.apk
Sorry, I meant both would point to the same binary
this would save having to generate a link to the latest binary
