How can I tell if mod_rewrite in enabled in PHP? I always though it was in phpinfo() but apparently not as it's an apache module. And apache_get_modules() is an undefined function for some reason

wtf can someone help with out with this PHP nightmare? I'm running PHP 5.3.28 but apache_get_modules() is apparently an undefined function despite being implemented since PHP 4.3.23. This is the only way I can see to clarify whether mod_rewrite is enabled or not unless someone can confirm what I said before
