And as you advance, the speed gets faster overall

initially the o with the x will be at 0.2 scale and rotating, on document load it goes back to scale 1 and it's own position and the others get to opacity 1

2 - State Language (Compulsory after secondary school),
3 - English - Compulsory throughout -
4 - Mother Tounge (Optional with Hindi after secondary)

Some people try to optimize it by only clearing areas that need to be cleared. If the animation is simple, you can do that. If not, trying to do that will result in more and more complicated computations
