I've noticed the existence of both these tags, which are essentially for the same thing. Any slight nuances in meaning are covered by tagging the specific library.

# Observations/Retag Guidance:
* **DO NOT** replace the [tag:master] tag with [tag:main], or other tags to indicate branch name preferences. Tags are not meant to include branch names.
* Questions about Git should be tagged [tag:git], and equivalently for any other VCS systems.
* Questions about GitHub should be tagged [tag:github], and equivalently for other VCS hosts.
* Questions about asp.net master pages can be tagged [tag:master-pages]
* Questions about the master/slave pattern can be tagged [tag:master-slave].
