A mod started asking questions about it, and said they would rather just refer to them by their username instead of their pronoun. That mod was fired from 6 Stack Exchange sites as a moderator. I think about 20 mods have resigned since she has been fired, and more are resigning each day

and the policy change hasn't even been publically released yet

finding my mood and motivation are plummeting as it goes on longer

and as my tolerance builds
