@YvetteColomb As transgender issues are relatively new to the international spotlight (a decade, tops?), I strongly disagree that we're "way past" debating them. Additionally, yes, a transgender person has all the rights to make their own decisions, but what we're debating here is my right as a person who encounters them and discussions about them to decide how I am to respond (with the limitation against committing or threatening physical violence).
