@Vega what you do is you open stackoverflow.com/search?q=%5Buntagged%5D+is%3Aq&mixed=0 (choose extra filterring if you like) and then visit each question and see if you can determine what the correct tag(s) would be so you can remove the tag untagged. While you have the question open you can do all the other moderation things as well: close, edit, delete, flag comments, etc. The goal is to have no questions that are tagged untagged.

If you can't decide on a question you simply move on to the next one, or drop a link here for others to have a go at it.
