does you bot have a fallback for unexpected responses, either different HTTP and/or content?

like "cannot fetch information, unexpected response - contact my master" 😀

When I rewrote the bot, I added an enum for permissions. But I forgot to switch over some of plugins so it has an invalid permission. As such the bot just doesn't respond. Thats whats going on with wiki command. Can fix.

@KarelG It's not built into the bot. Plugins must support it. Most do have some type of error handling like mdn. Wiki doesn't seem to.

does TS support interfaces being extended with other interfaces?

if so, maybe you can add networking interface, to regulate 'm all

I do have. Permissions can either be an enum or a string. String is for custom perms groups. The old plugins have 'all' string so the bot looks for an all group and can't find. It's valid at compile time, just not at run time.
