So I recently opened stack overflow to post a question, and when I clicked on "ask question", it lead me to a page that said I am banned from asking questions because I have more negative than positive questions.
At first I thought it was a bug and tried reloading the page but I still saw this er...
I flagged an answer as Not An Answer. This was the exact content:
I tried all above, Nothing works,
That's it, that's the entirety of the answer.
4 hours pass, the flag is still not handled.
Then the poster edits and adds a useless (but real) answer, and now the flag is the red "declined" one.
