This has been a personal pet peeve of mine lately, (and I see it a LOT), because as I frequently go through the newest questions/top questions/tagged questions lists, these answered questions aren't marked as answered at all, let alone as having an "accepted answer". So the end result is we waste...
I've only checked the Ask Question Wizard when it was in the prototype phase and shortly after it went live. I was just trying to re-visit it now but I didn't have any luck.

Today just realize people hunting points from the question whatever it cost, it's ok!
But they spam answer with the exact same code and I think this is not so nice!

I flagged this post as VLQ and it's declined. Since the question is seeking recommendations and it's not specifically about programming, I thought that it would be unlikely to be salvageable through editing, and might need to be removed. Where was I wrong?
