You're assuming too much. You're assuming all developers read all the reference material and documentation and remember everything they read. I imagine that one possible cause of this outcome was the OP reading your comment and flagging it (with any flag option). Since the flag confirms they've read the comment, the comment no longer needs to exist, and so a moderator might have deleted it just to avoid an argument in the comments or elsewhere (and not because the comment was in any way wrong). — Kevin 56 secs ago

Your question title makes it sound like you want a general approach, but you did tag it with [specific-answer]. Could you clarify what you are willing as an answer please? Because for the title, simply post a new question which explains how it is not the same XY problem. That this question got a response to the Y of the XY problem is simply ok. People may very well also face the same XY problem and they'll find what they need there. Similar but different questions are not an issue. For the specific case you mention: The user who proposed the duplicates has a firebase score of 20. Your score is 7. If we choose to give more weight by tag score, then the result would still be the same. I also think, that How can I retrieve a random value from Firebase database? is a perfect duplicate for the question. — BDL 1 min ago

(2) I don't see any difference between closing as "too broad" or closing as a "duplicate" on our side, however the later might help the one asking. Given the current state of affairs, IMO if people want to put in this effort I think it's a good idea. When I find myself running into frequent requests that are so similar I'll usually end up doing something like this. @JonasWilms I think the main difficulty with a tag hierarchy system is that it would be expensive to maintain in terms of curation effort -- even now tag cleanup is fairly complicated to deal with already. If people genuinely interpret closure as a dupe as "people just don't like the question" then that's an altogether different problem. If the dupe target(s) in fact don't answer the question then that's yet again a different problem, albeit one that I think we handle more or less ok through reopening. But when closing as a dupe works correctly -- as often it does -- the question is thereby answered by reference to existing content. If that's a problem then we've come around to "SO is not a discussion forum", which is key to why it's any good in the first place. — John Bollinger 14 secs ago

@GeorgeStocker the issue of first question is that i had to invent some maths and derive implementations ( such as conversion from ternary + to binary logic ) for my genetic mixed neural and genetic AI ( first layer is genetic, next is intertwined of genetic and neural network ) and most of structures i am serialising are based upon that and there is
up to 50 bytes serialisation comes from. So i can give links to github as an code implementations, or use pseudo code that would need to show 30 + paper on logic dimensions, plus 12 c++ files per iteration ( there are 4 ). So I am not an native English speaker. And I use browsers spell check, but the point on topic you might be interested in
autocorrect and spell check that doesn't cross languages. Most of my "I"s are lowercase (not intentionally) since in Slavic language group vowels also have meaning. ( 'a' as ow that / but,'i' as and,'o' as about,'u' as in) and Serbian for example has 2 written styles ( cyrillic and latinic ) and some use latinic as their primary style. Which confuses autocorrect a lot. So autocorrect and spell check often switch between English and Slavic several times in sentence. — Danilo 1 min agoMaybe a mod made an honest mistake? Another thing to add, is it is easy to switch languages in your head, but it is very difficult to switch languages in your sentence and in your mind. For example Slavis use capital letters to show words or objects of importance. So language names are written with lowercase letters, but language groups are capitalised ( showing their uniqueness ). Also some languages are SVO (subject verb object) , SOV,VSO ... and this becomes even more difficult if person is bilingual or trilingual. I often unwillingly switch between German and English in how i construct sentence. — Danilo 34 secs ago

To me it is interesting that user with reps over 1K has this experience and opinion. Badges and reputation often ask for some sort of effort or work to be put in community. And for someone to deem SO as toxic and hostile with some work prior put in it shows that this doesn't happen to new users only. It can happen to everyone. In this instance, to find the undisclosed affiliation, you would have had to go to the blog post page, but you said you dd that to determine if it was spam. The part that you would not have been able to see, given that you have <10k rep, was how the answer was deleted (i.e. that it was deleted as spam by a moderator), but you would have been able to determine that it was deleted, which would have indicated the review was a "bad post" audit. — Makyen 1 min ago
Also English isn't always American-English or British-English. There are also African-English, Slavic-English, Shino-Tibetan English and etc. If you think that English has become global language without any standard deviation, you are wrong. African languages as Twi or Ashanti ( among others) have injected their specific elements to English making it unique. The one I have in Firefox seems to recognise some case issues (JavaScript) but not the personal pronoun (I). That's the issue when you have such lenient rules in regard of answers. Everything that can help to answer the question is qualified as an answer, such a question that might give a hint into the correct direction can be an answer as well. I don't know the rules at the time, and only few know the rules today. I think the SO first tries to hide, that there is far lesser answerers as questions, so they make questions hard. Then, in the lack of questions, they expel answerers (for example, by essentially criminalizing rep collection, instead of encouraging it). Then they whine that the stats won't increase since 2015.
