Great school, actually my last year here. On track to get my masters in computer engineering with 2 minors in 3 years

Purdue is main one. Has good cyber security program. Maryland has a good one too.

Honestly, it was just the feel. To each their own but it didn't feel right for me, nothing bad though.

JS is my favorite. Backend tho. I hate front end.

Starting with Python. I know PHP but hate it. Know very basic Java, hate that too. PHP > Java tho.

I was accepted to RPI, UD, UCSD, and some others that were lower on my list. RPI was great but too cold and seemed like it lacked a social atmosphere. UCSD was expensive and out of state couldnt get any scholarship. UD seamed pretty good, plus I knew I could graduate early.

I actually run my own business that builds apps and websites.

But that sucks. Honestly, GPA doesn't matter much. It matters to get into college but it doesn't indicate intelligence. What I did was created a portfolio of all the things I had created and sent every university a link to that along with my application.

Yeah, that was bootstrap. I built that website when I started the business and haven't touched it since. Thats why I reworked it now. Plus the team is growing and so are the clients.

Yeah haha. I can appreciate both but the logic is what I enjoy so more backend

I had to get good at front end work initially though since I didnt know any designers and couldnt afford them to start

@AnthonySette Yeah. I am starting to transition all my php projects to node. And all new projects are node. My website was the first one to be converted, working on other ones.
