Umm.. yeah people like use never heard of that. It's not new it's actually different than normal freelancing websites

The concept is Toptal is a company, they hire developers to serve their clients

so basically everything is going to remain same except instead of bidding on proposals, Toptal will contact you themselves if you can do this project or not

so you don't have to wait for client replies and all and bid on projects

you can simply apply for the job you can do and that's it

but keep in mind, the registration process is very tough

you need to go through several rounds of interviews
