@TylerH you repeatedly dispute that Tim's saying that _just_ pasting the link is now banned. But... isn't that what Tim is explicitly saying here:

I don't see any possible reading of that other than that posting a comment that's a bare idownvotedbecau.se link without any further commentary is now inherently disallowed, and that getting "caught" doing it is grounds for suspension.

Though @TimPost's commentary in the comments/chat don't seem consistent with that reading, so... I don't really know what position is actually being pushed, really.
