This is my website here handcraftedgifts.net.au (It's actually mine, not a client's, so no privacy concerns.) When you click "Add to Cart" and then "+" (or type a number >=25) a fancy animation happens... sometimes. Why doesn't the animation happen all the time, like it does on my local host?

Did you replicate it, or do you know this issue?

I'm going to put money on you trying to use a new image (from a new URL), and Chrome having to download it for the first time.

After it's downloaded for the first time, the image is cached, so no wait time.
